Mechanical fastening system

The system is a practical and functional mechanical fastening system which allows quick installation or replacement of endless belts without disassembling parts of the machine and specific equipment. This results in time saving and consequent maintenance cost reduction..

The main applications of mechanical joints are found in transport applications.

Joint with steel pins

Spoj pomocí ocelových čepů

It can be used on all types of profiles except EAGLE and is fully functional while maintaining the existing recommended minimum pulley diameters and tensioning pulleys as with standard belts. The main use is in transport applications, it can also be used with special transport layers such as Linatex, PU, PVC, Supergrip, welded and mechanically mounted cleats.

Transmitted force belt with this joint can handle depends on the number of selected pins. It does not reach the values of transmitted forces just like the welded belts.

ERO Joint HP

ERO Join HP

The mechanical fastening system ERO Joint HP (Hinge Pin)  is available for pitches H, T10, AT5, AT10, T20, AT20, 8M, 14M, WT10 and WH for all widths above 10 mm with reinforcement Steel, Kevlar or Stainless steel.

The mechanical resistance of belts ERO Joint HP is equivalent to welded belts. Metal components are in stainless steel. No minimum diameter required.

The ERO Joint HP splice is compatible with all types of coating (Supergrip, Linatex, PU, …) and all types of guiding.
