Welded polyurethane belts

For the production of welded toothed belts, open end PU is made of highly resistant thermoplastic material using tensions members, most often steel one which is further thermally workable which means we can use special welding equipment to join it into an endless belt. At the joint area is splitted by finger punch also with tension menbers, causion allowable tensile load is less about 50 % of the transmittable strength of the open end belts.

These belts are mainly used for transport applications in all areas of industry. Minimum length varies for different belt profiles, pitches and widths (approx. 480 mm). It is possible to produce any length within the tooth pitch. Maximum length is not limited.

32 – belt width in mm
AT10 – tooth profil with pitch

PAZ – nylon fabric from the side
PAR – nylon fabric from the side

Temperature resistance of standard material from -10°C to +80°C. It is also possible to make custom-made materials to lower and higher temperatures. If you have such requirements, please contact our technicians.

Furthermore the welded belts can be customized and adapted to your application with transport layers, mechanical cleats, welded cleats or to machine them mechnically.
